That "Personal Touch"A Family Business In 1948, H.F. Pieratt opened Pieratt's Inc., as a small radio repair shop. From a small store with one employee, Pieratt's has expanded to a full service home appliance and television dealer in Lexington, KY with customers throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio and Indiana. Pieratt's Inc. sold one of the first color television sets in Lexington and in 1972 sold the first Sony BetaMax VCR/TV in Central Kentucky. Now, high definition, digital television and surround-sound home theater dominate the home entertainment products available at Pieratt's.

This on-the-go radio dispatched service fleet covers the city and suburbs every weekday. Each truck is operated by a thoroughly competent, highly trained service technician. A full complement of parts and electronics testing gear is carried to maximize the call completion rate and minimize return trips.
